What areas do you service?

We are currently servicing the Country Club of the South Subdivision located in John’s Creek, GA.

However, we are planning to expand into surrounding neighborhoods and subdivisions! Contact us here if you are interested!

How do you collect payment?

We want your customer experience to be as seamless and convenient as possible. This is why we enroll our customers in an auto-pay subscription. This means you won’t need to remember to pay your subscription every month!

Do you accept cash or check?

We currently do accept cash or check, however we encourage our customers to enroll in our auto-pay subscription for a more seamless and convenient experience!

Where do I leave my trash cans for pick-up?

We recommend that you leave your cans in an easily accessible location for our runners.

Please let us know of any instructions and we will accommodate!

When do my cans need to be ready for service?

We begin taking your cans to the curb the afternoon before your trash and/or recycle pick-up day.

We will take your cans back to their original location the following day, shortly after your trash and/or recycle provider empties your can(s).

Can you take other items to the street?

Our runners are not equipped to take any items that are not already inside of the trash cans and recycle bins.

You may contact your waste provider to schedule for bulk trash pick up & large trash removal.

What is your holiday schedule?

Our service operates around your trash provider holiday pick-up schedule.

If your service is effected, we will notify you ahead of time.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

In addition to your first month free, we also offer a free month for each referral, with no limit. That is, if you bring us 12 customers, you will receive an entire year free of charge!

How do I stay up-to-date with all things Trash Can Cheetah?

When you sign up for our service, you will automatically start receiving important notification emails!

These include weekly service confirmation emails, discounts or promotions, and holiday schedule service changes.

How do I cancel my service?

If you would like to cancel your service, you may fill out our “Cancellation Request” form by clicking here.

Please allow us 24 hours to process your cancellation request.
